Highly recommend!!!I want to start off by saying that Chaney Buskirk has a very friendly environment I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome when I enter the building. The staff and my agent (Larry Werner) make me feel very relaxed and at ease. His knowledge and expertise helped me to understand exactly what coverages I was getting. He took the time to explain any questions I had throughout the quoting process, which most agents wouldn’t do. His dedication and compassion show as he has helped and guided me with any problem or inquiry that have come up in my many years as a customer.

Great Company! Great Team! I recently signed up with home and auto through Chaney Buskirk and have been given the red carpet treatment ever since. I don't just feel like a number to them.Larry and Elisabeth sat down with me and explained my coverages in great detail so that I understood what I was getting. Customer service is awesome as well, always get a person not a recording. I previously had insurance through a company where it was very hard to get in touch with someone, let alone have an in depth conversation answering any question I may have. I HIGHLY recommend their company

Absolutely without a doubt the best insurance agency you could deal with.The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Having worked with them on a couple claims in the last 9 months, I couldn't be more pleased. Customer service was top notch. It was unbelievable how quickly Liz responded to my issues. She is always very professional, friendly, and has great knowledge. She responded to my claims immediately and within hours I was getting results on my claims. She goes above an beyond to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied and taken care of. Also, she follows up on everything in a timely fashion and very reassuring that everything will go smoothly. The claims I had were very stressful but Liz took all of that away because of her constant professionalism.

The most personalized services ive ever been offered from an insurance agency. I have life auto and commercial policies through Chaney- Buskirk. Each individual policy was specialized exactly the way i wanted it to be with customized payment options for each. Great services at affordable prices and the staff are excellent to work with. I have been a client for many years and Chaney Buskirk has always been top for us.When our agent recently retired I was introduced to a young new agent, Kelly. In the past year she has proven herself over and over again! Very knowledgeable, persistent and dedicated! Greatly helped our family on several occasions and stays on top of any requests as well as her recommendations she provided. A true professional and really works for her clients. As for me and my family, Kelly and Chaney Buskirk have our back and will have us as loyal clients for a long time!
