Feedback:

Dealing with Chaney has been a complete nightmare. They were supposed to setup two servers for remote VPN access. Pretty straight forward. We have had three different technicians come to our site and spent probably 24 hours on this over the course of a month and a half. We have had a ton of downtime and somehow lost about the last 2 months of emails that they cannot recover even though they are supposed to be backing up all of our stuff. We have to call and email them multiple times in order to get any response at all. We have a $3000 bill and still do NOT have the VPN up and running on one of the servers. I would NEVER recommend Chaney for anything.

Our company started using Chaney Systems for our IT services in 2005. We are an engineering and manufacturing technology company, and we rely on very strong IT performance to drive our business.Chaney is more than a service, their organization has been instrumental helping us plan strategies for business growth by making sure IT needs are considered. They have provided great advice for major server upgrades and technology implementation to ensure our IT infrastructure is ahead of our needs. We have used Chaney to support multiple facility expansions, including supporting our German office.We have purchased all network server hardware, network infrastructure, and our VOIP phone system from Chaney. They have helped us plan for end of life hardware issues and upgrades in advance of failures, and are careful to work within our budgets but also identify areas of concern far enough in advance that we can plan.We currently have Chaney supporting our redundant windows servers with failover capability, SQL servers, ERP system installation and upgrades, 3D CAD and 3D CAM server components, Microsoft Dynamics CRM including customizations, VPN access, off-site backup, mail filtering and network security. We have Chaney scheduled weekly on-site for client computer and project support along with user training.Chaney is our registered Microsoft partner, and we purchase much of our client computer hardware from Chaney as well. They are a substantial enough organization to be competitive in price, and they install and configure what we purchase.Our need for very high network speed for CAD database access and CRM performance has resulted in an impressive but efficient server system and virtual machine network that has proven itself very reliable. On the rare cases of a critical network issue, Chaney has been extremely responsive to get us back on line, and the durability of their system design is even more apparent.I recommend that you consider Chaney Systems for your networking and information technology needs.

We have been dealing with Chaney Systems since 2012. We are extremely pleased with the IT support we receive from them. Calls are promptly returned and have always been addressed immediately. We have had several updates, including accounting software, server upgrades and hardware upgrades that were done without any issues. Both the inside Support Personnel and Outside Sales people have been very professional and easy to work with. I strongly recommend working with this company.

Chaney Systems has been Summit's IT solution since 2010. We depended on their expertise for everything from our day to day needs, creating a new work station and profile, to the purchase and installation of 2 new servers. In the ever changing world of technology, Chaney Systems keeps us in the know and is proactive in providing Summit with cost saving options for our 40+ users. They have significantly lowered our annual spend with their print/copy solutions, and most recently provided a substantial savings plan on our phone system. Chaney Systems does more than provide our IT support, they help our company succeed.

Terrible follow through on promises made. Customer support was awful and the work they did was never finished or done right. We had to hire another company when we couldn't get our systems corrected and we were informed that none of the required updates were ever performed as we were promised. Firmware out of date on hardware, windows updates never done. Security issues with how systems were configured.
