Client Review on Charles Signs

Not impressed. Had a sit down visit with James, and he seemed very reputable and the portfolio presented looked great! I never write reviews as I never have issues with companies. Charles Signs was great until I called to check status on the estimate. Reception told me he would call me back and that he was in a meeting, which happened three times when I called, in a time frame of 3 weeks. No call back, no status update. Our company was ready to pay down and get this built before end of summer. Would not suggest to anyone, better off going to someone else in the area. A single estimate does not take a month to write, and certainly there was no excuse for zero call backs to our office.
