I want to thank Robert and his team for the meticulous and loving work they do! I was so hesitant to hand over my precious home video VHS tapes to just anyone. After a lot of research, I knew I wanted to use Charter Oak and drove all the way from NYC to bring my tapes so they wouldn't have to go through the mail. Robert later told me that they have pick-ups in various places (it's not only me who doesn't want irreplaceable objects going through the postal service!) Robert obviously cares about what he does and the entire operation is very professional. I felt completely confident leaving over 20 tapes with them. In a few weeks, all the tapes were done, and a flash drive was mailed to me with the video files. Honestly, for the price, I can't believe the level of customer service I received. Robert responds quickly to emails and it's so clear how much care goes into every task. When I was watching the digitized videos, I found that in one spot, the sound didn't align with the video. Robert and his team automatically fixed it and sent me a new flash drive with the corrected file. This was the best gift I could have ever given my family, and it's a huge weight off knowing that I have gotten this done so that my family memories are preserved forever! I can't possibly recommend Charter Oak more. Thank you for all your work!
