Feedback:

I tried to go skydiving here 3 months ago and this is what happened. The reason I didn’t write this review before is because I didn’t want to harm their business. But now I just think people should know what they’re paying for. So here it is.On the 7th, I scheduled an appointment for the 10th at 4pm. I even paid the $50 deposit and everything. On the 9th I even called to confirm my appointment, and they told me “yup. We have you down for 4pm tomorrow”. So the next day I drove over 2 hours just to get there, and when I did, the woman at the desk told me that they aren’t doing any afternoon jumps. And that they forgot to call and tell me that I would have to reschedule. She also said I could probably get a refund because it was their mistake. I had to drive almost 5 hours that day for nothing. So later I called about getting a refund and they said that they would have the owner call me and talk with me about giving me a refund. But 2 weeks went by, and I never got a call. So I called again and they told me the same thing, they will have the owner call me. But ANOTHER 2 weeks went by and I still never got a call. So I finally just filed a claim against them with my bank to get my money back. That finally got their attention and they called me asking about it. And they finally said that they’ll give me a refund if I reverse the claim. They didn’t even apologize for what happened. They had their chances to give me a refund like they should have done. But I got my money back from filing the claim. So even if you schedule an appointment online, pay a $50 deposit AND call to confirm it, they still might not let you jump or even give you your money back. I definitely don’t recommend going here. Their prices are low for a reason.

Feedback:

I cannot say enough about how great our experience was at Chattanooga skydiving company! We had a group of six, and some of us had a bit of a misunderstanding about which package we were signing up for. Nevertheless, Wizard & the rest of the staff here went way out of their way to accommodate and tailor the experience to each one of us. They conduct business in a way that is both professional and curious to the customer. When we were here, there was a minor wind delay as well, but with board games & fun conversations with the crew, time passed quickly. We had to reschedule in the end due to the weather, but they were very helpful getting us ready for our next appointment.A huge thank you to Wizard & ALL the staff who go above & beyond! It's nice to be reminded there are businesses who genuinely care about the customer.
