Client Review on Cheadles ArtSign

I sent them a jpg of the sign I wanted and a picture of the front of the store. They did not show me a proof, and just went ahead and made the sign and came and put it up, without asking me about the size or location that I wanted it. It looks terrible, and has no relationship with the space. When I asked them why they had not sent me a proof, they said they had, and then showed me a random placement of my jpg on my picture of my space, which is not a proof, and if they had sent me that, I would have said it looks terrible. In the picture they showed me afterwards, the sign is not even straight, so clearly it is not a proof that they showed me, that showed how the sign was supposed to look. They were indifferent to my complaints. They also did not tell me when they quoted the price that they would charge an additional $200 to get a permit. I am writing this review as I am about to pay someone else to do it again.
