Called on a Tuesday to have someone come to repair my door. They were full that day but said someone would call Wednesday to come. I did get a call early in the AM on Wednesday saying that someone would come between 10-12 that day. When I got home that day nothing was done and nobody had called me. I had to call again and was told that it was a "two man job" and now they can't come until Friday and I have to wait for a call Friday AM to see when they will do it. Not impressed with communication or service and still waiting on getting my door fixed.

I couldn't be happier with this company. We recently had our door replaced and they did wonderfully from start to finish. I was especially impressed with their installer. He was on time and finished the job promptly and professionally, which was very important that day due to our busy schedules. Coupled with the great price they offered...I can't see us going anywhere else next time we need service.

My aunt had them come out to fix her garage door the service guy that came out was very rude and obnoxious and she called the company to complain and they said we know he's that way but he does good work now what kind of company will allow a Service employee to be rude and obnoxious to a customer I wouldn't give them the business to put a garage door on my dog house

Very unprofessional front office staff. I called (twice) to have a billing address changed. The woman answering the phone was rude and condescending. She said she didn’t know if they would change the address or not. She also said it was my responsibility to tell the guys where to send the bill.I will be asking my employer not to use this company in the future.

I just had the pleasure to have your service man, Heath, repair one one of my garage doors. He worked quickly and efficiently to replace a broken spring and bottom door seal. He also serviced the other two doors cleaning and oiling the hinges. Cheney Door is fortunate to have such a competent service man on your staff. I will recommend Cheney Door Company at every opportunity that presents it's self. The quality of your doors and expert service is excellent!Thank you.
