Have fun waiting! Supposed to be a drop & hook appointment at 5 AM. Changed it to a live load. Finally got us to a door 2PM the next day, got loaded and out the door by 530 PM. Thankfully there is a really great pizza place near by that delivers. "New York Pizzeria" was a life saver.

And apparently they lie to everyone if u actually read the reviews from here they been telling everyone it’s there “shipping system “ they ain’t fooling me

First we were told computer problems. Then we were told they switch their loading system the day before a holiday. We've been waiting to be loaded for almost 26 hours now.... Talked to a guy who's waited 2 days and just got to a door.
