Unethical law firm. Particularly this is in regards to Dugan Kelley. Dugan Kelley had his own brother-in-law, Woodrow “Trey” Williford, (who you can also see “reviewing” this law office) attempt to physically harm me and my wife in relation to a custody case. This resulted in the police being called on him and a police report filed. There are videos and pictures to confirm this. Mr. Kelley is known to lie in court and has proven to be entirely unethical which is noted by his altering court documents among other intentional, crooked acts. I will say his reputation precedes him in that regard. Our case was ultimately settled and I was granted equal parenting time with my daughter despite his attempt to try and take away time based off complete lies by him.

Finding a good lawyer is not an easy task! When someone ask "do you know a good lawyer" are they referring to their capabilities as a lawyer or their character? I will tell you both are equally important! Dugan Kelley is a man of character first and a legal ninja! I highly recommend this firm!

The entire staff is very professional. The attorneys listen well and know what they are doing. This is a small firm with large firm talent and the ability to take even complicated cases, yet they are friendly and easy to work with.
