Feedback:

Citizens fixed my computer quickly, efficiently, and cheaply. They made the extra effort to accommodate my special needs.

Feedback:

Internet is slow as a snail and the tv works about half of the time. Hardly worth the money.

Feedback:

Shawn did a fantastic job helping me with my connectivity issues! Thanks!

Feedback:

I've had Citizens for years. The service is excellent.

Feedback:

Internet freakin sucks. Slow speeds when you need it most (all the time).. Guess THTS what you get from a monopoly

Feedback:

I believe running your company poorly just because it's the only one available in the area is a poor choice. Not only will the people be upset, but there will be visitors coming from out of town or new residents also seeing these issues. I would love the speeds being offered, such as the Gigabit speeds as advertised on their site, but due to slow construction on the roads to populated areas, this is not a possibility for me. The Gigabit plans also approach data as phone services and charge very high for something a company such as Verizon or Cox would charge. Something that could change here could be the option to pick a rate of download and upload instead of something that limits you. Sure, they'll say it's not a limit and you can add a measly 50 gigabytes for $5 more every time, but they're already charging an insane amount of $40 just for 50 gigabytes. As a gamer, and a family member of 4 in a household, that won't do. And I'm quite sure that multiple other families don't want to pay a fee very high just so they can all watch Netflix. Keep in mind that streaming services also tend to stream at the highest quality the internet provider can handle, so HD videos will stream constantly. This drains the data down quite harshly if 4 users are on. I would say a speed-based plan would be nice, but they would charge a heavy amount for that as well because they can. Overall, the company needs to think about what's more important: Profit, or Floyd County. Personally, I believe Floyd is a bit more important since you monopolize it beside the satellite carriers no one wants. Another thing to keep in mind is that no other company is allowed in Floyd because Citizens would be bankrupt unless they lowered prices, which would make them go bankrupt anyway. So, in order to preserve "local business" in Floyd, this is the only way.
