To the person that spoke about the water being turned off: I had the same problem! It's terrible and completely agree that this place is rotten to the core. They're also always changing the water bill date in hopes of legitimately getting you for a late fee just because the date changes based on whims. There was also a man I talked to briefly in the parking lot after verbally complaining about all the hassles aloud, and he stepped forward to talk about how one year he paid his city taxes in cash, only for them to lose the money! And they tried to say he never had paid them! His only saving grace was the receipt he had been given! But there was never any investigation, explanation, apology, nothing! How much more corrupt can you get?
