Chuck has helped us immensely in developing an attractive, modern website that meets our goals of informing our members and attracting new ones. His facility with various formats and platforms, his knowledge of the technology are outstanding, of course, but we have benefited greatly from his partnership! For example, placing himself in the role of interested outsider (potential visitor), he has asked us questions and guided us to presentations that are successful from that outside perspective.
