Got some great help from this company when I got a virus on my computer. The support technician I spoke with was able to fix my computer over the internet while I was with him on the phone. It was very quick, too. Afterward, he explained exactly what he had done. It was a very impressive experience.

Had an issue with my desktop yesterday. Called them and Devin ended up coming out and helping me in-person with my issue. My less than informed self had downloaded a virus. Devin educated me on how serious viruses can be and about how all of my information could be wiped our or stolen if I'm not careful. Luckily, he was able to remove the virus and malware infection and get me up and running.A great service. I like how they come on-site. And much cheaper than Geek Squad and other companies we have used.

Called this company for tech support when my computer went down. They used remote control over the internet and was able to get my machine back online in less than 20 minutes. Critical, too, since it was the middle of a workday and I had to get papers to my client by 5pm. I'd highly recommend these guys. Very tech savvy people.
