Used to be great when I first worked there a few years ago. Now it rewards fraudulent behavior; the pay scale benefits the fraudulent agents and takes away money from the honest average worker. It is a toxic place full of high school drama. Clearlinks motto is "perception is reality." Which is bulls***, it's more like a popularity contest. Don't get sucked in. There's a reason why they have such a horrible employee turnover rate and it's not because it's a call center.

I loved this job at first, but they changed my department (as in the product I had to sell) four times in the year I was there. The culture is toxic and three months in they began to encourage me to be shady to the customers just to get a sale.My biggest testament to this was their refusal to get rid of agents who were straight up fraudulent. Not to mention, they changed our pay scale, punishing the agents who were being honest and giving our commission to the agents who were committing fraud. One of my friends with top quality was chosen to sit with the company representative of a provider we sold for. He asked why they didn't choose the floor's top selling agent. Our department supervisor then said "we both know it would be bad for the company if she sat with him." After hearing him say that, I quit one month later.

Does not accept doctors notes for absence. Scamming customers all days and burning out their good employees. Micromanaging down to your bathroom breaks.
