Feedback:

City is plagued with incompetent accountant's and officials who pick on homeowners when they can't balance their books. Can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they are complete idiots. Cleveland Heights wants you to pay a water and sewer bill to the city of Cleveland and now to the heights as well now. Shysters.

Feedback:

Those women have been the MOST helpful, patient and pleasant I have ever experienced. Whenever I have had a question or problem, they have been terrific helping me resolve it.

Feedback:

These guys are awful. Worst employees, no monthly bill, but a shut off notice is all they can mail out and you only get 5 days from the shut off notice. If I don't see a bill, how will I know what to pay? And being that I pay almost $5k in taxes to live in this overrated city, why would I have to contact you to get my bill? It should be hand delivered with the taxes that we pay in this horrible city. The cops are lazy and so are the water department employees. Always sad sounding and upset as soon as you ask questions. Trash city. I'm moving to Tremont and cannot wait. No stars would have been given but I had to give one to post.

Bad attitudes

Feedback:

The people that work her have the most disgusting attitudes. Why people like this work in customer service is beyond me because working with people is not what their good at. you cant complain because the manager doesn't answer her phone and she also doesn't return calls.Beware: If you talk to a Belinda or Janet You will get a nasty attitude. This only reason why this place gets a star is because i needed to in order to leave this review!

Feedback:

Water and sewer employee just shut me out. She said that she is tired of me calling her and asking her questions every month about my water bill and how they are billing our building. She suggest that I go to a lawyer, or my landlord, or talk to their housing department. She offered me no help and showed no interest in doing her job, which is serving residents of Cleveland Heights. Obviously it is too annoying and troublesome to communicate with inquisitive people who do not agree to a policy of JUST PAYING YOUR BILL with NO EXPLANATION. And don't you dare ask WHY?? HOW???I hope my calls haven't interrupted lunch time at the water department.

Feedback:

Very wonderful staff and free parking...
