I had a great time at Radisson Blu. The service from the Receptions was awesome. Great location and its close to the waterfront and other tourist attractions. The breakfast was not good at all. For the 3 days I stayed, they prepared the same food. No variety or creativity whatsoever. Overall, I had a good experience!

El hotel es nuevo, limpio, con gimnasio, amplio horario de desayuno y variado, puedes conseguir allí mismo excursiones o chofer para moverte por tu cuenta. Hay un shuttle que te lleva al Waterfront cada hora. Buena ubicación. Un baño enorme y chulisimo.

Friendly and very comfortable save hotel. The save water concept on shower is a very innovative idea i practiced it and is very good. The whole staff is friendly and go extra mile to help. Just forgot my broken .

This hotel has so much potential but lack of attention to basics ruined the whole experience. Let's take the business class rooms, they are specious and lovely however the basics are not there, the side table for example, there are no draws, the shower has no door which is by all means ok but the water runs in the opposite direction when you shower, so you have to keep a couple of towels to keep the water rushing down to the floor. The story doesn't end here though, last night I was trying to get out of the parking, drove in circles for 3 times as there is no sign whatsoever for exit, it's basics for a hotel for crying out loud. Than there is the confusion of numbers and lifts, have a look at the attached photos I took, the arrow is pointing downward for a room that is on the left of the lift, so I went down and up a few times before I realised the direction of the arrows are messed up. This morning I went down to the parking and try very hard to find that illusive exit sign, took pictures (attached) of the whole floor but no sign. Than there is more confusion in the parking, hotel guests are only allowed to park where the blue sign is, take the last photo for example, blue and apartment signs are side by side, one says for hotel guests and the other says apartment parking only for the same parking bay, go figure. They even managed to mess up the parking lifts, the options inside the lift (see photo) P1 to P4 and B, as P3 is the ground floor as you walk out of the lift, goodness me, they managed to confuse the hell of this place, it's just not funny.
