Aside from Ben Yeakley being one of the most unethical people in Charlotte, the work they produce is pretty substandard. There are a lot more quality options out there. Google "Joya Sain" and you'll see she is an employee. You can see how dishonest they are when the employees pretend to be customers. Also shows how little they know about Google's policy, which forbids employees reviewing their own company. Lack of ethics and incompetence are a dangerous combination.

We used clickcom for 6 months and I thought the work they did was decent. I had a friend look over things and he recommended I not continue with them, he knew someone that could do a little more in depth work for the same cost. I informed Nick the owner I was not renewing my contract and he has continued to bill me and refuses to let me cancel even though my contract had ended. So lesson learned, just be cautious when handing out your credit card number.

We’ve been a satisfied customer of ClickCom since 1999, when they redesigned and launched our 2nd generation website. They have always done what they needed to help keep us on the first page for major search engines in the NC and SC market. Sometime last year we noticed that we fell off the grid on all major searches, and went looking for answers. Joya, and team, quickly explained what happened across the board with search engine relevance and SEO algorithm changes. We quickly adjusted or course and signed up for an aggressive SEO Optimization Package which quickly restored our status on the web.Since launching our campaign, January 2013, we have been overwhelmed with calls and emails for new service in the NC and SC markets. So much that we are now begging ClickCom to back off the campaign so we can restructure, hire new employees, and purchase new vehicles!Words cannot describe the work that ClickCom has done for Charlotte Sound & Visual Systems, Inc. over the past 13 years. We have built a lasting relationship with the owner and staff and watched as our two companies have blossomed this past decade. I would highly recommend ClickCom to anyone trying to re-establish themselves on the web, or build a new presence! John and staff will treat you like family, and work with any budget you may have to help build a name for your company.Thank you Joya and John for the support and work you have given to CSVS throughout the past decade.
