Worst Company for IT freshers in Jaipur, Would not recommend for IT, BPO is good though, but their main problem is they run their IT Deptt. just like BPO. So, a definitely No for IT guys

As i chose to start my career in BPO sector, climax BPM is the first platform where i have been worked more than a year.I fell in love with the work environment and management, I learnt and gain knowledge a lot.i joined as a process associate and after few months i got promoted as SME(subject matter expert) which shows management takes care their employees by taking fair decision on performance of their employees.thanks.
