Seem like nice guys, but I took my computer into them because I had a screen problem. They did troubleshooting on it and really didn't come up with anything wrong with it, other than replacing the motherboard. They said I needed to replace the motherboard because the chip set for the graphic card was attached to that. It supposedly wasn't the cord that ran to the main part of the computer from the screen either. So they got my $40 for diagnosis and couldn't really give me an answer. I ended up finding an HP extended warranty phone service from Costco I bought with computer. HP said that the LCD screen needed replacement. Simple fix. Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend.
