Absolutely the worst company you could ever advertise or work with in this world. Lies, cheat or do what ever most deceitful method possible to make a buck and mostly focus on small businesses scamming them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF A BUNCH OF MONEY being swindled from your business AND save yourself a lot of TROUBLE!!!Caution: STAY AWAY!!!!!

Their printers have lots of misprints, and the coloring is always off! Not recommended if you are trying to achieve high brand standards. Their print standards don't cut it. But on a side note- Dawn is an amazing rep! She goes out of her way to help in any way! Excellent customer support! Thanks Dawn!

Does not work for business owner. The salesperson will tell you anything to sell you the package . If you sign up never allow Groop on . We were lied to and tricked into it , I do not recommend it and I would never ever use it . Very unhappy with their services .

HORRIABLE EXPERIENCE, BEING A SMALL BUINESS OWNER, WHERE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MAKES MY BUINESS PRODUCE. DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THIS SERVICE. THEY PROMISE YOU, THEN DO NOT PRODUCE WHAT THEY PROMISED. CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICE AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW IF YOU'RE GETTING WHAT YOU WERE TOLD. USED THEM TO ADVERTISE, WAS TOLD I'D BE IN 2 MAILINGS NOT EVEN SURE IF ONE MAILING WAS SENT OUT, WITH MY ADVERTISMENT. THEN CALLED IN TO ASK ABOUT THE MAILING AND WAS TOLD MY SALES PERSON QUIT. UPSET ABOUT HAVING A BILL FOR $400.00 AND NOT RECEIVING ONE SINGLE PHONE CALL FROM THE MAILER. SO I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD PUT MY ADVERTISEMENT OUT ONCE MORE DUE TO NOT RECEIVING ANY BUSINESS FROM IT THE FIRST TIME AND I WAS TOLD NO, BUT I COULD PAY ANOTHER $400.00 IF I WANTED. UNBELIEVABLE FOR SUCH A KNOWN COMPANY...

Terrible customer service; the local rep Martha Flanigan, is abrasive, crude, rude and obnoxious and extremely unprofessional and lacks people skills; this company will become non-existent in Memphis here soon; much more professional advertisers and new coupon magazines coming out with excellent customer service; I was a customer with Clipper for years and tolerated this ruthless sales rep; I didn't terminate for the mere fact that I was receiving new clients from the coupons; however enough is enough and I will not tolerate her maliciousness; the corporate headquarters could care less about us, the loyal, good paying customers; it's all a numbers game for them; STAY CLEAR OF THIS MARTHA FLANIGAN AND CLIPPER MAGAZINE; YOU'LL REGRET YOU INVESTED IN IT.

They sent me unsolicited mail, and they say it may take up to three months to remove you from their mailing lists. They should be more responsive to people they are sending unwanted mail to.
