It was unprofessional. I recorded inside his house. At the time I was 13. Now 18 & I'm in college & am going for a Bachelor's degree in Audio Production. He is a nice guy. I just didn't like his work ethic. Maybe it was because I was younger at the time & he saw me as a quick buck. But, in my opinion all customers should be treated the same whether it's their first time recording or a hundredth time. Great guy but I just don't like how he conducts business.

I have been recording for over 15 years and can honestly say that working with Jeff has been the best recording experience I have ever had! He's kind, extremely knowledgeable, and his advice and encouragement was beyond anything I have experienced anywhere else. He gave me much more than an incredible recording. His positive input and wealth of experience that he generously shared with me has helped me take my career and confidence to a whole new level and for that I am grateful! Jeff Rocks!
