I am the IT Manager for a mid sized call center. We switched from our Nortel system to VoIP thanks to Steve. He was able to get us switched over in the course of an evening. He came in the folllowing day before we opened to train the staff on the new features. He even got us a discount on the Polycoms we switched to. I know people seldomly go out of their way to say something good so I felt compelled to come on here and say Thank You!
