If you're thinking about using this company, do yourself a favor and find another CRM provider. The company used to be PremiumWebCart (I was a paying user for years). While the system works for the most part, the company is trash. Eventually they stopped answering tickets, dealing with billing issues, and in my case even started ignoring BBB cases against them. If you'd like to check their old BBB grade just search for PremiumWebCart and you'll find it.Instead of trying to save their old business and take care of customers, they thought it would just be easier to screw them over and switch names. If you're currently a customer, good luck.
