I was truly impressed with Duncan and his partner as they assessed my home efficiency concerning air flow and leaks around doors and windows as well as moldings and wall penetrations. They worked very well together and were on point with respect with what needed to be done for my home.

Today i had two technicians, Dave and Justin, from CMC Energy Services do an energy evaluation on my home in Newington, CT. I found the evaluation very enlightening, especially the positive pressure test to detect drafts in areas i wouldn't have thought to look. Both Dave and Justin were very professional, performing tasks with an attention to detail that is sadly hard to find in contractors these days. I was overall very pleased with my experience with CMC Energy Services and would recommend them friends and family.

Showed up on time I'll give them that. Spent the morning in my attic then took a hour and a half lunch break. On multiple occasions 1 guy was just looking at shoes on his phone. When they were done they left over half the light bulbs for me to replace myself even though there were lamps in plane sight. Also a shower head for some reason was left on my table along with some other stuff I had no idea what to do with. After they left I looked over what was done and some of the most drafty parts of my house were still untouched. If you have to pay for this service. Pick another one. Oh they also left behind a few pieces of equipment.

The efficient technicians skillfully assessed my property, devised an action plan and thoroughly and neatly executed the plan. The lighting is superior to that provided by the original bulbs. I am looking forward to a comparison of energy costs of the electricity and of the home heating fuel. It is too early to comment on that at this time. Overall I was very impressed by the knowledge base and professionalism of the technicians.

Andrew was professional,polite and friendly, as well as efficient. Even though I have a 6 year old home, I was surprised at how worth it it was to have the audit. The LED bulbs alone were worth it.
