I requested a quote by email and received a prompt response. When my manager drove to the printer with the job and asked to see a proof print of each design so we could judge the quality of the print, she was told by a man that we would need to order/minimum 500 prints/ and to put down a deposit for the entire job before we could see a proof. This is digital printing, not offset. We only needed 150 prints of each design. No minimum quantity for digital printing was specified in the email although she did specify a minimum quantity for *offset*. We will look for a more courteous, flexible printer.
