These people are dishonest. If you do have to rent from them make sure they show you that the tool works and just doesn't turn on.

Called on monday (4/30) and was told that the trailer i wanted to rent was damaged but should be fixed by Friday (5/4) when i needed it. Was told that my name was put on it for the reservation and would be contacted by Thursday (5/3) to confirm the trailer had been fixed. Called Thursday afternoon and was told that the trailer was fixed but that someone else had reserved it and that the other person was getting the reservation.UPDATE:Andy called me and told me he found a trailer at another location and took care of me. I appreciate Andy's helpfulness and because of the customer service, will definitely do business with him again!
