If you regularly purchase their products, they'll be your best friend. But once you say no, they turn into a desperate ex-lover. After no longer needing their services, I sent C2C a letter asking to be removed from the call list, but I started getting calls again a few months later. I am about to send another letter. I also have reason to believe that our salesperson used a different name in order to get me on the phone after I had stopped taking her calls. Unless you plan on buying their products until you die, find another company with more integrity.

Their products may be acceptable but their marketing approach is not. They cold call libraries and are very aggressive in their approach. THEY WON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. I HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO BUY SOMETHING.

Incessant sales calls after a purchase. Made multiple requests to stop calls as I still had more than enough stock. Calls persisted. I called the office direct, explained the same circumstances, and was assured the calls would stop. A month later I get another call from the same sales person who I immediate said I had told her to quit calling. This prompted her to say "I've been calling a year and ever time you told me to call you back." I've not been with this company a year and at least twice, directly, I said DO NOT CALL. Products were excellent and prices were good. However, I will not give them another dime.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW FOR A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING EMPLOYEE AT COAST TO COAST. NICHOLE CLAYBORN TOOK OVER OUR ACCOUNT A FEW YEARS AGO. SHE HAS DONE SUCH AN OUTSTANDING JOB I USUALLY DENY BUSINESS TO YOUR COMPETITORS,AND SOMETIMES JUST HANG UP ON THEM. MS. CLAYBORN IS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF OUR SMALL TOWN NEEDS,AND KNOWS WHEN SHE CAN BEST OFFER HER BUSINESS TO US. SHE ALWAYS UNDERSTANDS WHEN WE CANNOT PAY FOR SOME ITEMS,THEN FINDS A WAY TO HELP US GET THEM IN AN AFFORDABLE MANNER. ITEMS ALWAYS GET HERE FASTER THAN EXPECTED. AS SHE GOES SO DOES YOUR COMPANIE'S BUSINESS WITH OUR DEPARTMENT.

Coast to Coast has provided our companies with a great selection of items to market to our various customer populations. My company owns/operates three pharmacies, but each one serves a very different type of client. Coast to Coast has been able to help us tailor promotional items to our patient demographic, our marketing plan and our budget time after time. My account executive, Holli, is always prompt in following up with me on orders and to make sure the items are what we need. She's super friendly, very helpful and really cares about her products and how they impact our company. She's been great to work with. Ordering and billing is quick and easy, with invoices available via mail and email. We pay on a 30 day open account, which helps us on the "accounts payable" end. If you have a business, large or small, I would fully recommend Coast to Coast to supply you with promotional and marketing items. They have been very, very beneficial to our business, our customers and our bottom line.

I work with children at a public library and purchase personalized items to give away as prizes. Tracy Thomas always has the coolest things and the kids go crazy over them. She is so great to work with, I have bought things through her for years.
