It is pretty sad when you work for a respectable towing company and your number one Towing provider is Geico and you drive a great big yellow tow truck a customer breaks down in the parking lot as I drive into get my customer I am met by female who tells me automatically to get off the property I am not allowed to be on there very rude does not want to help nobody does not want to listen or ask any questions all I was told was to get off the property that is not a very good way to help some one thank you so much for being so rude and unhelpful

Loaders are not trained on proper loading on flatbed. And when you try to tell them product needs to be centered for weight. They tell you naw its cool. Waist pols time and no at because they can't load right
