I just moved in in October. So far, I really do like them. My apartment is so BEAUTIFUL. I really do like my neighbors. I love the area. So far EVERYONE at Cocoa are very nice.

I've never had a problem with them either in 4+ years. When i have to call for repairs they are always good about it, and the ladies who answer the phone are always polite.

We have Never had a Problem with anything. Infact we still are renting from Cocca. When I call for repairs the lady at the front desk is always nice and respectable.. been here 3 years at this point.

Rented from them for too long. Always someone new at the front desk, always someone twice as rude and unintelligent as the last. I paid a $400 electric bill for one month because my furnace wasn't fixed right by them, and when I asked for some sort of reimbursement for their mistake they told me it was a "lesson learned"...maintenance guys have yelled at my mom for parking where she's allowed to park because he couldn't get his lawn mower through. These people gave us a 30 day notice to leave and the only reason was because "our lease is up" even though it was up for over 3 years, and they changed the locks 3 days before we were supposed to be out and threw all of our food, pots and pans out..would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. Bunch of crooks.

Horrible custumer service, and the lady who I believe it's one of the owners ran my credit report call me back in 5 minutes to tell me it was a denial, but then that same day I was contacted by gaisler realty that I was approved for a 3 bedroom house in coutland Ohio, how was I approved in one place and not the other?,she seemed rude , and asked me for a deposit without even telling me if I was getting the apartment or not, thank god I put a stop on the check and then called her and told her to send me back my check if I was denied, it was just a weird experienced.

Always very disappointed, takes days for a repair, never no hot water. Slum landlord for sure. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. Churchhill Hubbard Rd and I work 3rd shift. How is there are no hot water at 4 in the morning??? So disappointing
