Firing them! Codal is unresponsive at best, and they lie about progress. Look elsewhere! Ask for real client referrals and they will Ghost you!

They lack even basic communication and project management skills. Search lawsuits against them and the BBB.

Codal is a great place to work. People around you are very knowledgable and it will help you in improving your skill set and being more productive. You get to work on latest technology and get hands on experience on Cloud Services. (AWS Lambda, EMR, Glue Spark etc)Good ideas are appreciated from anyone and it doesn't matter who is bringing them on table. (intern or a senior manager)

We had our worst experience with Codal. Even after 2 1/2 years, Codal has not been able to hand over the finished product, because of its technical incompetence and unethical practices. We paid them premium prices, but they had no patience to create a proper software development for our stated needs. Finally, things turned so sour for us that we had to drag Codal to the court in Chicago. The court case was filed by our attorney in early 2019. Codal's CEO Mr Keval Baxi kept promising us that due attention will be given to our software platform development, but at each stage, we came across sub standard work by them. A project that was supposed to be finished in 9 months dragged on for over 18 months and then Codal tried to hush up by asking us to test the software that in first place was half cooked and full of endless bugs. Until today, the product continues to sit in their lap.
