Feedback:

Unprofessional Management & Playing with freshers career (Student). Almost many Reviews are Fakewith 5 star. 1. They will ask for orignail Douments as security .2. Management is very poor.3. Offer good salary package initially before joining. After joining, they will break down you offered CTC into three part. quaterly variable , In hand salary and yearly variable (they will not give variables at all).4. They Told me that i was working above there average but didnt give yearly variable (see attachment).5. They will give 4-5 project that can not be completed in given deadline.6. They will force you to work more than 10-11 hours if you dont they will deduct your variable amount.7. They dont care about the quality of code, those guys only want to complete the project no matter what the code quality and efficiency.8. Sometimes they provide 4-5 project at a time. they do not care project will be completed or not, they want project more and more.9. After completion of year, they will give you resignation letter but will not credit your variable amount.10. Already 8-9 employees have left the company.Somehow i completed on my assigned project at time and client was happy with my work, but still they did not clear quarterly and yearly payout mentioned in Appraisal letter ( total amount 75K).If anyone think its fake review please check attached image or contact me.
