Feedback:

I want to submit a review about Codica, as I know a lot of guys from this company in person, and we’re friends with many of them.I can tell for sure - the team is young and promising, everyone is ready to help and stand by each other. Any issue stops being a issue if Codica guys are dealing with it. It is a company with great potential.The company office is located in the very heart of the city - Naukova Metro Station, which is very convenient for everyone. The office is nice and comfortable (you can see this on the photos) for everyone, there’s no open space and all the guys work in separate rooms with their teams.The work schedule is really flexible, there are no bureaucratic points like detailed reporting and so on. There are one-to-one meetings, where goals and other relevant issues are discussed. From time to time, various meetups are held in the office to share experience and best practices. I also heard a lot from the guys about their fun corporate parties and team building events.Codica’s team has great professionals on board, they are experts in Ruby on Rails, React, Vue.js. They are always ready to help me with advice, and I am glad to do the same )))These guys work on cool projects and really care about the code quality.I strongly recommend this company for cooperation.
