Overall Feedback:

They take forever to resolve any issues. They are constantly in meetings when you call for updates. You then get some story about how they are dealing with the situation and will call you back with an update, which you never receive. They created a feed to my website, which then started causing issues on the server because they had not coded it correctly. I would recommend that you use a more professional agency that will listen to your requirements and take ownership and not blame others when things go wrong.Update - Thank you for your response to my review. I would like to point out that following my review of your business, my website some how disappeared and i can no longer access it. This seems to be a coincidence and very odd timing, given recent events. It would appear that this was done out of malice, following my review of your company. As detailed in my emails to you, i am happy to share the contents of those emails for all that wish to read this review and they can determine themselves if they view your company as a professional outfit.Oh and also, in response to your comment regarding continuous late payments, how is this possible when all invoices were paid in advance before work commenced. Not sure continuous late payments is factually correct. Think this is another way for you to make it seem to the reader that its not your fault but someone else. I think you should review how you treat customers rather than trying to blame them for your lack of professionalism and unsavory actions. Also what have you offered to resolve this matter, you say i am uncooperative, but to date nothing has been recommended by your company, in fact you look to me to remove this review in order to put my website back live. Blackmailing is not the way a professional company should work. I am open to any suggestions you may have to have this matter resolved, however anything short of putting my website live and in its original conditions would not be acceptable to me. I await your response.
