Undeniably slow to work with. Intolerably ignorant when it comes to responding. Ignores call for weeks. Collected 500 dollars a month from us and did nothing for over a year, and when you complain that nothing is being done, he reminds you your payment is coming up. My domain is now being held ransom and will probably be lost. Currently seeking legal action.
