I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication with this company, I scheduled a showing for 4:30 and called them to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late as I was leaving work and the woman told me that the agent was on her way and that she would be there and I arrived there at 4:40 PM and called them to let them know I arrived and miraculously the woman happen to tell me that there was already an application put in for that rental property so why couldn’t somebody tell me that when I schedule a showing three hours prior. I changed my whole schedule and spent money to be there and took off work and it all could have been prevented with more respectful communication. Waste of time for me to find a place to live trough this realty company. Unfortunate to have to leave a review like this but I refuse to let this go unsaid because I was shocked to have been giving the run around like that, I am a service plumber and I pride my self on communication and notifying my customers. Thanks enjoy your day

Michelle in the rentals department will laugh in your face for having low credit. SHE clearly stated that its pointless for us to look at any other proprieties they have listed because only ONE OWNER denied us, NOT BECAUSE OF OUR CREDIT, but because we didn't meet the OWNERS requirements, they have now told us to look elsewhere, they didn't want to help us. And the reception lady in the rentals department is beyond RUDE! She gave out information based off assumption, falsified her answers based off our questions.
