Everyone else says it all. If you want something done. Do it yourself. Or call them every single day until it's accomplished. Don't expect a call back if you leave a message, just call them every day until what you want resolved is resolved.

Coldwell Banker is COLD AS ICE…. Last year, my 84 year old Mom was paralyzed in a car accident just before our scheduled family vacation. Coldwell Banker Spectrum Properties would do nothing to help us in any way and we lost our entire reservation and $4,000.Please do business with a company that actually cares about the people that are the reason for its existence in the first place!!
