SLACK SLACK AND MORE SLACK!!!!!!!!! They only care about receiving your rent money!! Anything that needs to be fixed please do not expect anyone “professional” to fix the problem and please be prepared to wait for a whole month or longer for someone to half a** the work!! The lady at the front desk is nice when you’re paying but soon as you miss a payment she’s a rude one and may even hang up on you! Very professional right!? I moved to SC & rented from this company for almost 3 years and the work that needed to done NEVER got done as we paid rent faithfully! We only got unacceptable excuses!! The good thing is they will let you rent one of their houses without a problem but if you can avoid them please do and take your money else where bc they are SLLLAACCKKK!!
