Since I just moved into the neighborhood, and I am a small business owner with frequent printing needs, I had a small personal need and decided to stop in their store. When I entered the store and Nan Alander came to the counter to help me, she seemed irritated for me to even walk in the store. She told me to email my job to her and she printed it with no problem. The problem I have is that she seemed very irritated that I even walked in the store. It was very troubling to me because I did nothing to this lady. I was not rude or impatient or anything. I just needed a small job. The visit was so troubling that I decided to send a message via their website to the owner. I didn’t hear not one word back from them. Because of the proximity of the business, I had a need again today. Again small job. Not only did she refuse to help me, she told me that my business was not worth her time. It is so sad because I am a small business owner and I am having several events of which I need printing done. I get the message, you don’t want my business and I won’t be back! She recommended I go to the UPS store at 3665 East Bay Drive across the street of which I gladly did and they will be getting my business from now on! Thank you so much Color Pages for recommending another HAPPY TO SERVE ME competitor!!!!

I own a craft business (Psychedelic Snowflake) and initially found this wonderful company because I was in need of a printing solution. An employee offered up an idea, sent me samples of a type of plastic paper and I've been a customer ever since. I started with just having a couple different things printed, but then they would ask about other items I made and offered easier solutions for those, as well. After a number of years now, they get all of my printing business. Always professional, friendly and courteous, and everything I have printed for my business turns out beautiful. They're a gem. Just give them a call and see for yourself.
