I live in Europe and it can be hard to get really top end excellent, free range beef. I do not eat a lot of beef but when I do, for that special occasion, I want the best. The Colorado Meat company has the best beef I have eaten in a long time. I was raised in Nebraska, and always had some of the best when I lived in Omaha. I have posted two photos of the rib eye that I purchased. You can see the excellent marbeling, structure and beauty with this wonderful beef. It cooked up beautifully on the grill, as you can see in the second photo. Small independent family owned business that knows their business! Just the best!
