My wife is 81 and I am 83 years of age. We both have suffered debilitating health for the last 5 years; my wife with Parkinsons, Glaucoma, Diabetes, Asthma, and resulting Dementia and Incontinence; my health issues include Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis along with Chronic Pain, Essential Tremor, Acute kidney failure of the remaining left kidney, Congestive Heart Failure along with Atrial Fibrillation, and Anemia. Such issues have left my wife immobile except to get around minimally with the use of a Walker and/or Wheel Chair. I too have limited mobility using Forearm Crutches, a Walker and/or Wheel Chair depending on the distance that I have to travel. No doubt you can see that we need a lot of patient assistance with just about everything. Such care has been tried from several Caregiver Agencies in our Norristown, PA area but with added frustration and emotional pain because the Caregivers for the most part come with little or no training and without concern for being late or absent many times without transportation. We have found however, that this is not the case with COMFORCARE Caregivers. The ComForCare’s caregivers are experienced, patient and skilled especially with the problems that result from Dementia. The regular caregivers have become like members of the family and have shown concern about our welfare and helpful assistance when the wheel chair is needed for Doctor’s visits. Now, not to be overlooked has been the concern and personal interest of the owner/manager of the local ComForCare Agency. She has not left problems to be resolved by the coordinator personnel but often calls or visits us to ensure that the best reliable care is given. She has worked to find the best caregiver for our individual needs. We feel that COMFORCARE offers the most reliable and dependable care for those in difficult situations like those of my wife and I. . . . Don & Nancy

I found ComForcare to be an excellent choice to provide the loving, caring, and reliable personnel that I needed for my loved one. From the thorough initial assessment, the careful and timely follow-up, to the actual caregivers, I give ComForcare the highest rating possible. I was impressed with the caliber of the caregivers they selected, and my loved one looked forward to their visits.

We found ComForcare after a long and often disappointing relationship with another area care provider for my mother, who now lives in a memory-care unit of a continuing care community. Mom's ComForcare aide, Susana, is attentive, kind and fully engages her. Mom smiles when Susana arrives (she took little notice of aides before), and she has gained 5 pounds! We are grateful.

My spouse had reached the "difficult" stage that I could no longer handle. After talking with Cassandra she provided me a caregiver called Joy.Joy was very professional, knowledgeable and infinitely patient. She achieves things that I cannot and has formed a bond with my spouse. We still have a little way to go but we are heading in the right direction thanks to ComForCare. My thanks to you all. Geoff

ComForcare (Montgomery County) came to my rescue when I didn’t know where to turn. Cassandra met with my mother and I, and the very next day, had a companion for my mother (and my father). Leaving my parents in such capable, loving care was such a relief. The professionalism and the caring manner of this company is outstanding. I would highly recommend ComForcare for your loved ones!

The people at ComForCare were very attentive to my husband's needs, and were able to give him the care he needed when I expected him to be highly resistant. His caregiver was kind, compassionate and very competent. It is a great comfort to me to know he was being cared for when I was at work and that he came to really enjoy the company and attention he received. I highly recommend ComForCare to anyone looking for a very reliable agency to provide outstanding care for their loved one.

ComForcare Ambler is exactly what I was looking for in my quest to find loving professional care in my home for my father. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. I requested a very detailed list of care for dad. It took a bit of time, but they worked diligently to find just the right fit for him. To my surprise dad's aide actually brought out the best in him! It was a joy to overhear the two of them singing, reading together, playing games and laughing.ComForcare management kept the lines of communication open. When I greeted dad's aide, the first words out of her mouth were consistently "how is dad doing today?". She always let me know if she noticed any changes in his condition. It is a very difficult experience to watch a loved one in failing health but I have to say Comforcare added to his happiness which in turn, added to mine. NW
