I have been working with Communigator as part of a larger agency for years now, and I have been overwhelmed with their support and constant drive to deliver new and enhanced functionality to the product suite. Their phone support is friendly and helpful, and they are responsive to feedback and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend the Communigator suite to any agencies or independent companies who are looking for a more advanced marketing tool, especially for those with reasonable technical knowledge looking to take advantage of big data to improve engagement and lead generation through automation.Great products, helpful support. Keep it up!

Don't use this company, to keep your business they tie you into an auto-renewing 12 month contract which makes it very expensive to leave. Their business model is to sign companies up, ignore them, and make it impossible for them to leave. They don't care for their customers and arrogantly enforce small print to squeeze more money out of you, this is coming from a customer of nearly 5 years.

Calls from these guys telling our reception that I have agreed to switch to them. Do they not realise that I'll simply say they're lying therefore destroying their credibility??Edit: They're now trying to speak with my colleague (that sits next to me) saying that they have been in discussions with me about their system!

Not really sure what these other reviews are about because by far, Communigator is the best platform I have had the privilege of working with. Great software, fantastic integrations and wonderful customer service.

Simply put, Communigator is the best email marketing automation platform in the UK! Over the last 10 years I have tried them all, but have stuck with Communigator because they're platform is superb and their team know exactly what they're doing. The service provided by their support is also second to none!

I would highly recommend not giving them your contact details. They email, call and harass. Simply saying I don't need their services wasn't good enough.

My company has been harassed for two weeks by Communigator to attend an event about marketing automation in Southwark at the UK Chamber of Shipping. Every time I confirmed by email and by phone that I was attending the event. I cancelled other appointments to attend the event.First, I didn't receive any brochure outlining the activities/speakers of the event, despite requiring that personally at the phone. Second, when I arrived at the event, there was a reception table with badges with company names. But, it was missing the one of my company. ( Clearly, a good sign of professionalism, considering the event was about marketing automation and the failed big with my brand)As a brand manager that is not acceptable, especially after the harassment to attend the event. I was truly interested in the event (where for sure I'd have learnt something new), but they didn't recognize the value of my brand. At the reception, there was a very attractive blonde girl to welcome the guests who made the whole situation look even more unprofessional with her manners. I simply walked out. In a nutshell, I will search for one of their competitors for my marketing automation needs. But, I wish to thank Communigator, because I always find fascinating to see how brands fails to meet costumer expectations.
