I'm from out of town and came to Batesville to visit my grandmother for Thanksgiving of course being a computer person she asked me to fix her computer. The Windows 10 disk I brought with me didn't work so I came to complete computers to implore them to sell me a burned copy since I already had a key. The owner of the store was not helpful and would only let me buy a retail copy of Windows 10. Even though I was a fellow IT person and it was Thanksgiving, he was unmoving and unsympathetic and didn't care. I know that back on his bench station he had a stack of burnt discs, he wouldn't be kind enough to make me, gift me or sell me a disk. I think this is a good indicator of the type of business man he is. In this day and age you can't be choosy about your customers, especially when your store is on the square of your small town. Word travels fast in this digital world. It was comical that he had "Jesus is the reason for the season" and "God bless" on the inside of his store, but yet he chose not to bless us in our time of need. Being a Christian myself I was saddened by his un-samaritan stance. Take your computer business elsewhere.

I came home today to a upset wife. She call complete computer and had them to come out to check the signal for Internet connection. The salesman called his boss while standing on my front porch and was talking to him his boss asked him what color was my wife. To my knowledge my wife color doesn't have anything to do with business. Yes I'm black but I'm a US citizen who works hard and pays for what I want. My wife addressed the salesman and asked him to leave the property. I'm against all business with them and will post everywhere I can because business is not prejudice if you all don't want to serve blacks at least post it on your website. Plus we had 4 more potential customers waiting on the signal test but we joining c spire no matter the price.
