Client Review on Compu Hero

First of all, I have been using computer link for some time and have had no issues until recently. My daughter's tablet would no longer hold a charge so we took it in to the computer link staff to have it repaired. A few days later we checked in with computer link as to the status of the repair. We were told the battery was no good and needed to be replaced. We were told on two occasions the new battery they obtained was also bad. One month later with numerous promises to provide an update as to what was happening, we got my daughter's tablet back. I was a little irritated but understood it may have taken them extra extra long to obtain a new battery. I can get one from amazon in three days free shipping but, whatever. I probably should have fixed it myself! Moving on, the tablet now holds a charge, mission accomplished. Not so fast... My daughter told me her tablet wont connect to the internet. After examining the tablet the 64gb sd card was missing! Still not the end of the world. My wife called them up and they said they would look for it and call us back the next monday. No phone call, which seems to be a common practice for the staff at computer link. My wife called them, they claimed they had no idea where it was and refused to replace it. Quite a waste of time and money followed by copious ammounts of frustration. I will NEVER USE COMPUTER LINK again.
