Feedback:

3 trips to Best-Buy and my problem was still unfixed....that was until my friend recomended a wonderful women in Ajax...Chioma who worked at Compu-Sac.ONE trip and my problem was fixed within the week. Chioma isn't good at her job, she's exemplary! Go to this place if you want service matched by none. Treat her with respect and you'll get it back ten-fold.
