Following a devastating data loss via a hard drive/startup disc calamity, I tried mightily to make sense of an online backup storage company. I lacked sufficient tech skills to pull this off, so I called, then visited, the CompuMatter store in Anacortes, WA. They were very helpful in pointing out various options and communicated they would be more than happy to assist me in any way necessary. I needed this reassurance because what I thought might be a "plug-in and use" drive backup turned out to be the equivalent of trying to conduct your own heart transplant. Tricky... Anyhow, I will employ the CompuMatter folks thus coming week, thereby saving myself any further loss of sanity and installing a high quality drive/data backup systemDoug LeClair

Time Machine would not do a back-up on my Mac laptop. Another computer repair company had tried to resolve the issue, but was not successful. Luckily, I learned about CompuMatter -- I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Douglas was knowledgeable, professional, courteous -- and he successfully got Time Machine to back-up my Mac. Not only that, but he did so quickly and at an excellent price. I highly recommend Douglas and CompuMatter!

Fast, professional, and extremely competent. The only downside is that they offer a limited selection of peripheral parts such as keyboards and mice. They do stock vitals (i.e. Hard Drives, Routers, etc.) but in limited quantity. But if you already have it, they can fix it!

Douglas at Compumatter helped replace the screen on my MacBook and did a beautiful job. He also let me set up my own payment plan so I was able to pay it off over a lengthy amount of time (financially fell on hard times, and he was so patient and understanding!). They really are great at what they do and look forward to their assistance in the future!
