We first used Patrick of Computer Care One LLC in 2011. While my husband was having surgery in Asheville, our computer had crashed. When he came home he needed to Skype relatives in England to let them know he was OK. I called several places who advised me to bring it in. Patrick understood our lack of computer knowledge and panic, so he came to the house and completed the repairs in time for the awaited Skype call. Since that day we haven't even considered using anyone else. He is honest and ethical and stands behind his work.
