Feedback:

Pat did a great job. My computer wouldn't turn on at all. I had a multitude of documents I was worried I would lose. He was able to get my computer running again and save all my information. Most places you go they say we will have to wipe the computer to fix it, but he was able to do it without me losing all my information. They don't have enough stars for me to rate my thanks to him.
