Feedback:

Polo has unbeatable prices and customer service. It's rare to find someone as honest and trustworthy as Polo. I spilled a drink on my Macbook Pro and everything worked except the battery, I took it to the Apple store to see if they could fix it. They told me that my AppleCare which I dropped around 200 for does not cover liquid damage. I was told that the repair would be $750!!!! that's ridiculous! about half of what the computer cost me. I figured I would look around for a cheaper repair or at least someone who could buy it for parts. I stumbled upon Polo through a google search and saw his reviews, I thought people were exaggerating his kindness and fair prices but they were not. Polo quickly printed up and estimate for me, showed me the cost of the part he was going to purchase and showed me a video of how he would replace the battery. He only charged me $99 for his labor plus the cost of the part($55) I could not believe how cheap he was charging me! The battery took a few days to get delivered but once he received it he repaired my Macbook the very same day and even showed me the old battery. I will never pay for AppleCare ever again and I only trust Polo for future repairs. He also sells refurbished computers and I believe he will buy your computer for parts as well but i'm not completely sure about that one. Thank you so much Polo.
