I totally disagree with Sam S. My experience with Computer LI showed they know their computers. They repaired / upgraded my computers in a timely, professional manner. I am very pleased with their pricing and service. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this place if possible. If you have to go there do a google search about the problem or after they tell you what is problem and then pay them. They simple charge 2-3 times more and tell you that it took so much hours to complete. For example data transfer may take only 10-15 minutes after just putting a cable in your hard disk and they will tell that they worked hard for it and the actual cost is 140-160$ and they are doing you a favor for charging just 90$ and you will be happy. So be careful. Never pay more than 100$ for fixing a computer or laptop because you can get a refurbished one for the same price for 6months to a year warranty. Also note that all reviewers gave them 5 star which is kind of suspicious. So avoid these guys (they have two stores) and both are equally bad.

In all my years of owning computers, this is the best computer repair company I have ever used. Carlos' prices are extremely reasonable, and he will always help and give you his honest opinion and do what is best for the customer. I have recommended him to everyone I know. He will never rip you off on the contrary, he will do whatever he can to help you out. There is no better computer repair store!
