Christian and Justin are extremely capable computer service men with great temperament and are able to deal with customer inadequacies. They have always been respectful of me and my situation even when I am desperate.They are very dependable and I have always been very happy with my charges from them. I love the remote service but they also have site service available when necessary. Scheduling is always honest and therefore on time. It is very reassuring knowing there is some out there that I can always depend on now that my life revolves around this darn confuser!!! ...I mean Computer. Thank you gentleman,Terry Alby
